RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to the DSL n. 185 of 22/05/1999, in implementation of directive 97/7 / EC, Grando i gioielli communicates that you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
To exercise this right, you must contact us through our communication services that will help you to withdraw or send a registered letter with return receipt within 48 hours after the arrival of the material at the address:

The object that you will return must be intact in all its parts, in its appearance and in its original packaging. Grando i Gioielli reserves the right to check the returned goods before proceeding with the refund; if the same is not intact in the form, content, or in any case, no longer in a condition to be put up for sale, the right to a refund will not be recognized. By accepting the subscription, the above conditions are accepted without any reservations.
PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
Payment options available are:

-Paypal / Credit Card payment.
In case of withdrawal, the refund will be made using the same payment method chosen when placing the order.
Payment will be made once the returned goods have been received, and after their condition of integrity is assessed, according to the times required by the chosen payment method.
PRICES AND DELIVERY TIMES
The shipment is carried out on working days (from Monday to Friday) through our trusted courier service (GLS). Delivery times depend on the availability of the selected product and can vary from a minimum of 3 days to a maximum of 20 working days.
Shipping costs for orders destined for Italy, are € 10.00, for purchases of less than € 100.00. For higher amounts, shipping is free.
Shipping costs for orders destined for Europe are € 15.00.
The shipping costs for orders destined for the United States are equal to € 45.00 which already include the costs for customs operations.
All our shipments are covered by insurance in case of loss, theft or damage of the package. For this reason, it is advisable not to accept the parcel from the courier if it is damaged or tampered with.
After shipment, Grando i Gioielli will send the customer a shipping notification by e-mail. The notification indicates the courier used, the shipping date and the tracking number necessary for monitoring the delivery status.
